We had a wonderful stay at Fauna's Corner in Whitby. The decor was absolutely lovely and we were tempted to take a few pieces home with us. It was fantastic that the hotel is dog friendly, and our furry companion loved the big green area and nearby river walk. The location was great, with comfortable accommodation and a clean, warm swimming pool. The welcoming bottle of wine and biscuits were a nice touch, and there were plenty of amenities for children, including a playground and pool. The well-equipped kitchen and selection of DVDs were perfect for rainy days. The newly-surfaced Cinder Track provided an excellent route into town, and there were also affordable taxis available locally.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy retreat in Whitby. The location was perfect, with a beautiful river nearby and an easy stroll into town. The cottage itself was charming and well-equipped, and we especially loved the lovely decor. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the bottle of wine and biscuits were a thoughtful touch. The kids had a great time at the playground and pool, and we appreciated the selection of DVDs for rainy days. The newly-surfaced Cinder Track provided a great route into town. We also found the local taxis to be reasonably priced. we had a wonderful time at Fauna's Corner and would highly recommend it.

fauna's corner in whitby exceeded all expectations during our recent stay. the lovely decor and dog-friendly atmosphere made it a perfect choice for a wedding celebration. we adored the green area for our furry friend and the easy access to walks by the river and coast. the well-equipped cottage and nautical-themed bedroom were also a delight.
Wifi was unreliable.

Jaw-dropping location for exploring coastal and moor areas. Superbly decorated cottage with nautical-themed bedroom. Indoor swimming pool and playground are a hit with kids. Wi-fi and pet-friendly.
